The intent of this retreat is to explore and simplify 12 step spirituality for anyone in any recovery program regardless of time in recovery or progress in their own 12 step process. Specific objectives will be accessing or improving conscious contact with a Higher Power, learning basic meditation techniques, and, hopefully, having an experience which you will be comfortable identifying as “Spiritual”  “as you understand it”.
