Arrival/Departure Information:

Individuals participating in programs are welcome to arrive anytime after 5:00 PM on the first day. |

Programs usually begin at 7:30 PM on the first day. |
|
A meal will be served at 6:00 PM for the program participants. |
|
Groups using the facilities are also welcome to arrive after 5:00 PM on the first day. |
|
Departure time on the closing day is 2:00 PM so that the staff will have sufficient time to prepare for the new groups and to avoid the confusion with arrivals. |
|
We ask that the cabins are cleaned and vacated after the noon meal, but you are welcome to remain until 2:00 PM. |

Upon arrival, please stop and register at the Dining Hall, which is the first building on your right. |
|
If you need to be picked up at the bus or train station, we need to know this well in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet you. |
